About the Mission
In the heart of Gurugram district lies Kasan Village, where the winds of change are blowing, courtesy of the FII Foundation’s innovative approach to women empowerment. Nestled within this community is a light of hope – a tailoring Centre with the capacity to transform the lives of 20 individuals, predominantly women.
FII has been proactively working to promote women empowerment especially in the rural belt, the organization established a tailoring training centre in the kasan village, manesar, to train women of all ages and backgrounds. it is an initiative to empower women and make them financially independent.currently 20+ women are enrolled in the center which has motivated other women in nearby villages to follow the lead.
The significance of such an initiative cannot be overstated. Empowering women through skill development is not merely about teaching them a trade; it’s about granting them the keys to unlock a future filled with independence, dignity, and self-sufficiency. The ability to earn a livelihood not only uplifts individuals but also catalyzes the socioeconomic progress of entire communities.

Modernization Initiative
Upgrade equipment, train on modern techniques, and integrate technology in existing tailoring centers nationwide.
Entrepreneurship Empowerment Program
Offer workshops on business planning, marketing, and financial literacy tailored for tailoring center participants.
Mobile Training Units Expansion
Introduce mobile units to provide sewing training and support in underserved rural areas effectively.

Corporates can adopt wells for replenishing of the dysfunctional wells under their company’s CSR Initiative. FII Team of Contractors shall maintain the well on Donor’s behalf for a full One Year. Donor’s branding shall be there on the well.
